JOB REQUIREMENTS
We have recruited a Director of Farming whose role is to understand the responsibility, the needs and care of the plants and animals as well as to strategise and develop the infrastructure of the farm. We are now recruiting for Farm Assistants.
The Biodynamic and Permaculture approaches operate without chemical substances and instead invest in an evolutionary cycle of improving soil quality for a robust long-term result, instead of short-term solutions that speed up the work and progress but often require chemicals for quick results.
The animals kept on the farm must be offered a life free from coercion and mistreatment. The cooperation between living beings (human, animal, plant and earth) is based on the principles of respect and love. Only in this way can an optimal result be achieved. And this is what we're passionate about, if you have a passion for the land, animals an surroundings and you bring the skills - the journey will start for you here.
Principle number 1 is: Everyone is treated with RESPECT, LOVE and ATTENTION
